A: For LCL (Less - than - Container - Load) orders: Packed in safety steel boxes to protect machines during transit. For full - container orders: Shipped nude (no extra box) to save space. We also customize packaging if you have special requirements.
 

3. Q: How long is the production time?
A: It depends on the model. After receiving your deposit, most orders take 7 - 15 days to finish the production.  

4. Q: What's the warranty?
A: We offer a 1 - year warranty. During this period, if there are quality - related issues (non - human damage), we'll repair/replace parts for free. Meanwhile, we offer spareparts for our exported macines forever.
 
5. Q: How long does the machine last?
A: With regular maintenance (like lubrication, part checks), the machine usually serves at least 8 - 10 years. Proper use and upkeep can even extend its lifespan.
